Responsibilities and Limitations to services provided:

I will provide education and guidance along with postpartum and breastfeeding support. I am not a medical professional or a midwife and I will not diagnose or treat postpartum related symptoms. I am not a substitute for medical advice given from a properly licensed health care professional.

These are my fees:

Day support minimum 3-hour blocks | €30 per hour

Evening support from 5pm-9pm minimum 3-hour blocks | €35 per hour

1 hour prenatal visit | €20

A variety of packages available on request.

Transport fees between €15 - €25 depending on location. No transport fees for up to 15 km distance.

This is the schedule of payment:

Fees are payable in 2 instalments. 50% of total fees are payable 10 weeks before your estimated due date. The remaining 50% is payable 6 weeks before your estimated due date. If you book after 34 weeks the total balance is due at the time of booking.

This is the non-refundable deposit:

Initial 50% of total fees paid is non-refundable and will secure your booking.

This is my refund/cancellation policy:

Remaining 50% of fees are fully refundable until 38 weeks. No refunds are available after 38 weeks.

I require 24 hours notice for cancellations. In the event that less than 24 hours notice is given a €30 fee will apply to cover any expenses I might incur due to late cancellation, eg childcare. (This fee does not apply when last minute injuries or severe weather conditions are the cause of cancellation.)

What happens if I fail to provide a service:

Prior to signing the agreement I will disclose any potential scheduling difficulties I anticipate which may interfere with my services. If I am ever unable to provide any postnatal support due to unpredictable events, I agree to either find a replacement postnatal doula or refund the cost of the visit(s). In the event of illness or emergencies from either party, or severe weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule services at another time. If any payment for that day has already been made it will be applied to future services.

This agreement is meant to be fair to both parties so that all parties can feel secure in their mutual commitment. In signing the contract you agree to pay for services on the days that are agreed upon. In return, I commit to provide the services and not to accept future postnatal clients which would interfere with my ability to perform the scheduled services.

All courses are at a reduced rate of 15% and will be held online via Zoom until further notice.

A non refundable €100 Deposit will be required to secure your place on the course at the time of booking.

The remainder of the fee can be paid up to 4 weeks prior to the start date.

Any course can be cancelled 8 weeks prior to the start date, beyond such time the course is non refundable for reasons other than baby arriving before the course finishes. In such a case, a session fee of €85 will be refunded.

You will be required to complete a Course Enrolment and Agreement Form which I will send to you at the time of booking. Your personal information will not be shared. The form is solely for my records which I am required to keep as a Certified Mongan Method HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator by the HypnoBirthing® Institute.

If I am ever unable to provide a session due to unforeseen circumstances, I will re-schedule the session to a time and day that suits you best.
